With the expanding league today Brookline’s fields range from the Police Field to Chatham Park to Genthert Field to Westgate Park, as wells as the old Oakmont School, Brookline School and Paddock Park. Multiple post-season tournament teams in baseball and softball are supported, extending the playing season for many more children. By 2005 Haverford Township Softball League was established ias an integration of the Brookline, Hilltop, and Westgate Hills Softball leagues for players older than age 12. In the early 2000, still incorporated as BCA, the league began referring to itself as Brookline Baseball & Softball and this became our name. The league set up primary residence at the Police Field, while also playing at Chatham Park Elementary School, Brookline Elementary School, including Grange Field and Haverford High School for the travel teams. olds & Rookie Boys machine-pitch began, as well as pre-season evaluations for players 9-12. They would become the Haverford Legion and eventually the Haverford Heat. Brookline had included Junior and Senior American Legion travel baseball teams, but stopped sponsoring these teams in 1999.
